如果其他用户名和密码全部忘记了,可以通过我们设备默认的root帐号,密码为admin登陆设备,然后可以修改其他用户的密码.
如下命令是查看设备上的所有用户名:

如果忘记root密码的话，有以下方案：
1、使用之前备份出来的配置文件，将root那一行删除，再从网管加载配置文件，并激活配置文件。系统启动后的root密码就是admin了。
2, 通过U2000服务器按如下方法修改密码
下我们可以登陆网管系统，通过LCT管理功能来修改用户密码，操作如下：
1、登陆U2000客户端，选择：系统-->网元安全-->LCT用户管理
2、在"网元用户"页签“设备类型”选项中需要操作的设备类型和“显示范围”，并“查找”选定设备；
3、在打开的“网元用户管理”界面中，选择一条设备用户（root）记录，单击右键，在弹出的快捷菜单中选择“设置密码”输入新的密码即可。
3、在现场操作，就只有在串口启动阶段加载空数据库了.
步骤 1使用串口线连接PC串口和设备串口，使用交叉网线连接PC和设备维护网口。
步骤 2在系统启动时，请按串口打印提示进行操作。如下操作（粗体为需要输入的部分，斜体为注释）：
